		We assume that the below context has been read and agreed on by anyone who inquires to stay at Casale Umbro. The houses can be rented per week from Saturday to Saturday the whole year around. Check-in: between 3 - 7 pm. / Check-out: 9:30 am. On request we also offer different and more personalized arrangements, depending on the availability.
		Rates The rental fee for „Il Casale“ vary between 1.600 € and 2.400 € per week. The rental fee for „Casa Gioiello“ vary between 750 € and 1.200 € per week. The rental fee varies depending on the season, duration of stay. Please contact us for more precise information about the rental fees. All rates are including the costs for taxes, electricity, gas, water, use of bed linen, towels and unlimited access to WLAN internet. Central heating (pellets) will be charged according to usage. Final cleaning: Il Casale: 150 € Casa Gioiello: 80 € On request we provide extra cleaning during your stay. Safety deposit in cash to be returned on departure: Il Casale: 500 € Casa Gioiello: 300
		Long term renting "Casa Gioiello" is also very suitable for long term renting, ranging from 1 to 6 months. Please contact us for special prize arrangements. Payment A deposit of 30% of the total rental fee has to be paid when the booking is made. The remaining 70% of the rental fee has to be paid 30 days before the day of your arrival. Information on bank connection will be provided by the property owner when the booking is being confirmed. Cancellation Should the Tenant, for whatever reason, cancel a lease he/she will be responsible to pay the following cancellation charges: - cancellation prior to 42 days before the lease is due to start - 30% of the total amount - cancellation between the 42nd and the 28th day before the start - 60% of the total amount - cancellation between the 27th and 7th day before the start - 90% of the total amount - cancellation within 6 days before the start or no show - 100% of the total amount.
